MUGLING (CHITWAN), Sept 9: One person has died in a road accident that took place in Chitwan this morning. The accident took place when a container truck (Na 8 Kha 2818) coming from Birgunj with chicken feed to Bharatpur hit a motorcycle (Ba Pra 06-003 Pa 4851) coming from the opposite direction.

The accident took place at Shanti chowk of Ratnanagar Municipality-3. The deceased has been identified as Jeewan Magrati of ward-15 of the same municipality. Seriously injured Magrati died while undergoing treatment at a local hospital, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Bheshraj Rijal of the District Police Office.
Meanwhile, police have arrested the truck driver, Shyam Sundar Sahani, 36, of Gadhimai Municipality-5 in Bara.
