One killed in road accident

CHITWAN, Sept 16: A 55 year old unidentified man was killed after being hit by a jeep at Gondrang in ward no. 12 of Bharatpur Sub-metropolis, the District Police Office Chitwan said.

The jeep with registration number Ba.17.Cha. 5347 was heading towards Ratnanagar from Narayangadh when it hit the man yesterday night. The man died while undergoing treatment at Bharatpur hospital.

Police have arrested the jeep's driver for necessary action.
