KATHMANDU, May 7: One man was killed and two others sustained injuries in a car accident that took place in the capital city at 10 pm on Saturday night.
The car (Ba 16 Cha 8303) met with an accident at Bijulibazar of Kathmandu after it lost control on Saturday night.

The deceased has been identified as Chandra Niraula, a temporary resident of Shantinagar in Kathmandu and a permanent resident of Kurule in Dhanusha.
The injured have been identified as the driver of the car Bhakta Lama of Kavre and Ganesh Khatri who has been living at Minbhawan in Kathmandu.
Chandra Niraula who was on board when the accident took place succumbed to injuries on Saturday night at New Baneshwor-based Everest Hospital while undergoing treatment.
The injured are receiving treatment at Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital. Of the injured, Lama’s condition is critical, according to Metropolitan Traffic Police Division.
