One dies of electric shock

GAUR (Rautahat), July 22: A person succumbed to injuries after receiving an electric shock here in the district Thursday night. 
The deceased has been identified as Dinesh Mali, 30, son of Shiva Bhagat Mali of Rajpur Faradawa – 2. 

Mali was repairing an old transformer at 9:30 pm at Ward No 7 of the village when the accident took place. He was rushed for treatment, but died on the way, Area Police Office, Rajpur Faradawa said. 

His body has been sent to District Hospital Gaur for a post-mortem examination while the police are launching further investigation into the incident. 
Mali is not an electrician. The police are trying to find out why and who had instructed Mali to repair the transformer, according to the District Police Office, Gaur. RSS
