Police recovered 49 sacks of illegal marijuana concealed in the wheat chaff storage inside the shed.
DSP Basnet stated that it has yet to be determined whether the recovered marijuana was brought and stored by Singh himself. Basnet said, "It has not been disclosed who brought the marijuana from where and where he intended to take it. We have initiated an investigation. It is assumed that they store the marijuana in Nepal and smuggle it to India from here.”
