KATHMANDU, Nov 8: Nepal suffered fourth and final straight defeat in the AFC U-19 Championship 2018 Qualifiers, as it went down 5-0 to Oman on Wednesday at Dolen Omurzakov Stadium, Bishkek.
Nepal finished the championship without a point on the board. Nepal already lost the hope of securing its berth in the final round of the championship in the previous defeat against UAE finishing the tournament without a win.
Nepal had started the qualifying campaign with a 2-0 defeat to Kyrgyzstan and faced 4-0 loss to Bahrain in the second match followed by a goal loss against UAE. Nepal, which had conceded seven goals in the first three matches went on to concede five in the final match of the group A.
