Oli directs party's people’s organizations to hold conventions without further delay

KATHMANDU, Dec 11: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has directed people’s organizations affiliated with the party to hold a meeting immediately. 

Addressing the party’s central committee meeting on Saturday, Chairman Oli directed all the organizations to hold their conventions as they are running without elected office-bearers. 

“Currently, most of the people's organizations of the party have elected a leadership without a convention. This will no longer be the case from now onward. They will not be allowed to make any excuses,” Oli said. “All organizations should hold conventions under the guidance of the party without affecting the forthcoming elections,” he added.
