KATHMANDU, Sept 30: Police have been deployed at the office of the state-owned Nepal Television inside the Singha Durbar following a phone call from an unidentified person warning of having planted explosives in the newsroom.
Rejendra Timalsena, a journalist affiliated with the television, told Republica that an unidentified person from Sunsari called the television station Wednesday afternoon and warned of having planted explosives in all the three buildings of the television.
After the search, police found no explosive in the NTV office buildings.
