KATHMANDU, Sept 22: Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has participated in the third edition of Association of Touring & Adventure Suppliers (ATAS) Conference that concluded in Manchester, on Wednesday.

Issuing a statement, the NTB said that it actively participated and promoted Nepal in the two-day conference which saw more than 350 travel delegates. The event was held at The Point at Manchester's Old Trafford. During a session in the conference, Kashi Raj Bhandari, Senior Director of NTB, made a presentation that showcased the adventure tourism attractions of Nepal in front of nearly 200 trade visitors and media.

Appreciating the contributions of British mountaineers who are also considered to be pioneers of trekking and wildlife tourism in Nepal, he urged the British people to visit Nepal during Visit Nepal Year 2020 and enjoy the lifetime experiences as Nepal will unfold its unique and special features through a series of events and activities during the campaign.
