NT’s 4G now accessible on all iPhones

KATHMANDU, Feb 8: Nepal Telecom (NT) has said that all iPhone users can use its 4G/LTE service. Only iPhone 5 users were able to use NT’s 4G service so far.

KATHMANDU, Feb 8: Nepal Telecom (NT) has said that all iPhone users can use its 4G/LTE service. Only iPhone 5 users were able to use NT’s 4G servie so far.

Now, iPhone 6, 6+, 7 and 7+ users will also be able to connect to 4G/LTE service of NT. The state-owned telco had launched 4G service for postpaid users and prepaid users on January 1 and February 4 respectively. Issuing a statement, NT said that iPhone users, however, need to install beta version of iOS by visiting Apple’s website to use NT’s 4G/LTE service.
