KATHMANDU, March 17: Students affiliated with the Nepal Students Union (NSU) close to Sher Bahadur Deuba, have padlocked the Tri Chandra campus.
The agitating Bibek Baniya faction has taken this step, stating that the election committee has ignored their demands, and that it has not even invited them to the meeting.
