KATHAMDNU, June 10: Nepal Sports Journalists' Forum (NSJF) overcame Gorkha Brewery 4-2 in a friendly match played on Friday at the Armed Police Force Headquarters at Halchowk, Kathmandu. 

The match was organized to mark the opening of Euro 2016 scheduled to kick off on Friday midnight. Subas Humagain was on target twice for the NSJF.

Adarsha Dhakal and Ayush Khadka also scored a goal each for the winners. Nirbhik Pradhan and Shikhar Shrestha netted for Gorkha Brewery. 

Gorkha Brewery is the authorized distributor of Carlsberg, the official beer of Euro 2016. The European Championship kicks off on Saturday morning with hosts France taking on Romania. Gorkha Brewery Marketing Manager Baibhav Sharma said that the match was organized to celebrate the beginning of Euro 2016.
