KATHMANDU, sept 23: The match between two heavyweights Ranipokhari Corner Team (RCT) and New Road Team (NRT) ended in a goalless draw in the Martyrs Memorial B Division league on Thursday. 

In the much-awaited match held at ANFA Complex, both sides couldn't score. NRT had better chances of the two teams but its forwards could not convert the chances created. NRT Captain Prabin Sainju's freekick hitting the crossbar through the midway in the second half was the only highlight of the game while RCT rarely managed to bother opposition goalkeeper.

After the completion of the ninth round, Shree Kumari is on top of the table with 20 points while NRT and Chyasal are right on the heels with 19 points each. RCT has collected 17 points to stand fourth. In the bottom of the table, Mahabir languishes on the rock bottom with one point while Samajik and MYA are second from bottom with 7 points each.
