KATHMANDU, Dec 3: Chitwan Rhinos have set a target of 162 runs for Pokhara Avengers in their match under the Nepal Premier League (NPL) on Tuesday.
After losing the toss and being invited to bat first, Chitwan Rhinos scored 161 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs in the ongoing match at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur.

Ravi Bopara scored a half-century for Chitwan, scoring 51 runs off 38 balls, hitting 3 fours and 3 sixes. Captain Kushal Malla scored 38 runs off 23 balls, hitting 1 four and four sixes.
Similarly, Luc Benkenstein made 16 runs while Hassan Eisakhil scored 14 runs, Amar Rautela scored 13 runs and Sharad Bheshwakar contributed 11 runs. On behalf of Pokhara, Raymon Reifer, Bipin Khatri and Bas de Leede took 2 wickets each and Sagar Dhakal took 1 wicket.
Chitwan Rhinos defeated Kathmandu Gurkhas in their first match, while Pokhara played their first game today.
