KATHMANDU, Aug 19: NMB Bank Ltd has organized its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the chairmanship of Pawan Kumar Golyan, in Kathmandu on Friday. The AGM decided to distribute 15% bonus shares and 0.7895% cash dividend for tax from its profit of Fiscal Year 2016/17. The bank's total paid-up capital post distribution of the said bonus shares stand at Rs 8.74 billion, according to a press statement issued on Friday. Currently, the bank is providing banking services across the country with 110 branches, four extension counters, and 96 ATMs, the statement added.
