New Ice-Cream Shoppe in town

To beat the scorching July heat, a new ice cream station -- Shoppe -321°c Ice-Cream Live Nepal -- has been introduced at Civil Mall's food court. The shop claims to provide the customer with fresh preservative-free ice cream.

The shop owner, Deepak Lama, brings along his five years experience of producing similar icy treats from Dubai to Nepal. “To initiate my new venture, as I had learned in Dubai, I opened a similar shop in Nepal,” says Lama. He further claims his ice cream of carrying a richer and creamier texture than the conventional ones found in the market. He added, “It is creamers, fresher and instantly made in front of people under the boiling point  of-321°c temperature.”

The store caters its customers with various treats including smoky nitro balls, which are priced at just Rs 100. They also serve 10 additional signature ice-creams containing liquid nitrogen. Yogi Bears Favorites, Berry Berry Good, Cookies & Cream, Choco Candy Land, and JuJu Dhau Ice cream are among the favorites. They also customized their ice cream per the request of the customers.

Though fresh in the market, the new shop is gaining much popularity among people. You can also find college-goers taking selfies displaying dragon breath. On consuming nitro cheese balls, they exhale like fog-like smoke from their nostrils and mouth.

Aachal Shrestha, a 2nd semester Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM) student was seen trying the Dragon Breath. Shrestha admitted that it was tasteless, but the experience was fun.
