KATHMANDU, Feb 20: The outlawed Netra Bikram Chanda “Biplab’-led Nepal Communist Party has said that it is positive to hold dialogue and negotiation with the government to resolve their demands.
In a press statement on Saturday, the NCP General Secretary Netra Bikram Chanda said they are positive to hold dialogue with the government if the government creates a conducive environment to carry out their activities and programs.
The government had outlawed all the activities of Biplab-led NCP in March 2019, terming it as a criminal outfit after it started detonating bombs. The government’s move came days after the group took the responsibility for two separate bomb explosions in Kathmandu.
