KATHMANDU, August 27: The Nepali Women's National Team for SAFF Women's Championship 2022 has been announced.
Chief coach Kumar Thapa has announced the 23-member team for the tournament to be held in Kathmandu from September 6 to September 19.
Along with Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Pakistan and defending champion India are participating in the tournament. Group 'B' has Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. Group A consists of defending champions India, Maldives, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Nepal will play Bhutan in the opening match on September 6. The top two teams from each group will play in the semi-finals.
