In the tournament organized by the UK Taekwondo Association, Nepali won the gold in the under-40 age category.

Nepali had also won a bronze medal in the individual poomsae age category in a tournament played in Thailand four months ago. He said that he was successful in winning the gold medal because of proper preparations. “We had been training for about three months and we prepared very well this time,” Nepali added, “That’s the reason we were successful in bringing good results in this tournament compared to the other international tournament we participated in.”

Likewise, Nagarkoti won the gold in the individual poomsae over-50 age category.

Players from the host England, Nepal, Ireland, Finland, Greece, Jordan, Finland, Italy, Spain, India and Iceland took part in the tournament.
