KATHMANDU, Jan 1: Nepali Kalasahitya.com Academy has announced the National Kalashri Honors and National Kalashri Awards for 2022.
On Thursday, the jury meeting held in Lalitpur agreed to award senior painter and former chancellor of Nepal Lalitkala Pragya Pratishthan, Kiran Manandhar, with the National Kalashree Award.

Similarly, this year's National Kalashri Award to famous critic Lakshman Prasad Gautam, Fame National Kalashri Youth Award to popular poet and essayist Bhupin, Badri National Kalashri Journalism Award to senior journalist and poet Tanka Upreti, Thirchaya National Kalashri Fine Arts Award to senior creative photographer Jagdish Tiwari and Padmanetra National Kalashri Sangeet Award to popular singer Melina Rai.
The honor and awards will be distributed amidst a special program to be held in Kathmandu soon.
