KATHMANDU, JULY 20: Pubudu Dasanayake has resigned from the post of head coach of the national cricket team. He announced his resignation from the post at a press conference organized in the capital on Wednesday.
Pubudu had earlier submitted his resignation letter to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) via an email a week ago. He has cited personal reasons behind his resignation.
Earlier, Pubudu signed a two-year contract with the CAN last December for a second term as the head coach of the Nepal team. He first coached the Nepal team from 2011 to 2015.
