KATHMANDU, Dec 16: Nepali Chef Santosh Shah has made it to the top 4 of the grand finale round in the ‘BBC Master Chef Professionals 2020’ competition.
Shah presented millet pudding, mango snowball with fresh mango filling with the side of lime water sorbet. The judges passed positive comments for his dish nominating him as the top four chef to participate in the grand finale. He has been a strong contender in BBC TV series as he has been presenting dishes connecting him to his homeland in Nepal.
He had previously served a sweet version of Dim sum- yomari, chilly chicken, tandoor octopus, among other dishes.
