KALIKOT, Jan 10: A Nepali Army chopper on Friday rescued a pregnant woman from Kalikot.
Lal Shova Singh Thapa, 23, who was receiving treatment at the Basic Health Center in Mahawai Rural Municipality, was referred to a hospital in Surkhet for further treatment on Friday. The health center said that her pregnancy was not normal, and it was not possible for her to deliver the baby. Therefore, she was referred for advanced treatment.

The army rescued Thapa and airlifted her to Surkhet for further treatment, said health workers at the centre.
