KATHMANDU, March 20: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Friday announced that Nepal will contribute Rs 100 million to SAARC COVID-19 Emergency Fund.

During his televised state address today evening, the prime minister made the announcement. At a video conference among SAARC leaders earlier this week, PM Oli had pledged to extend support to the fund. Indian PM Narendra Modi had proposed setting up the SAARC COVID-19 Emergency Fund during the video conference.
