KATHMANDU, December 27: Nepal has been provided with an opportunity to play in the AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019 qualifiers.
Nepal was offered the position left vacant following Guam's withdrawal from the competition, according to All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).
A total of 24 teams will be vying for the 12 spots available in the tournament to be held in 2019 in the UAE. Nepal's success in the recently held AFC Solidarity Cup in Malaysia is believed to help them grab the opportunity. RSS
