KATHMANDU, July 18: Nepal Telecom (NT) on Monday said that it has established information communication technology (ICT) center in six community schools in quake-hit districts.
Issuing a statement, the state-owned telecommunication operator said that the ICT centers have equipment like computer and printer, among other essential materials. “NT will provide Internet connection to the ICT centres free of cost for two years.
The ICT center will help both students and teachers,” the operator said in the statement. NT further added that it was always committed to provide different service to community under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
