KATHMANDU, June 14: Nepal has moved four positions down the FIFA rankings. The new ranking chart unveiled by FIFA, the world football governing body today, Nepal descended to 165th position from the 161st position. However, it is in the third position in South Asia.
Nepal continues 161st position in FIFA ranking
India is in the 101st place of FIFA ranking followed by the Maldives at the 151st position, Bangladesh in the183rd position, Bhutan in the 186th position, Sri Lanka in the 201st position and Pakistan in the 203rd position. Belgium continues to hold its topmost position in the FIFA ranking and is followed by France (second) and Brazil (third).
