Nepal Shipping Office to purchase vehicle worth Rs 14.4 million

KATHMANDU, May 6: Nepal Shipping Office, which was established on February 14, 2019, with the aim of studying and exploring on inland waterways in Nepal, is purchasing an expensive SUV. This comes at a time when the government is asking all agencies to cut back on non-essential expenses.

Issuing a notice on Wednesday, the office informed that the bidding made by Sipradi Trading Pvt Ltd was approved. The vehicle will be purchased at a cost of Rs14.4 million.
