Usha Kiran was crowned as ‘Nepal’s Plus Size Model 2019’ beating seven contestants amid the grand finale held on Saturday at the premises of National Culture Corporation, Kathmandu. Along with the crown, Kiran also bagged several other titles including, Beauty with Propose, Multimedia Choice, Most Popular, and Most Beautiful.

Bibek Kumar Shah was declared  the  first runner up along with Mr Handsome and Viewer’s Choice. Meanwhile, Shilpa Ghale grabbed the position of second runner-up and also other  titles like Ms Confident and Ms Bubbly.

Organized by Siddhi Media, the pageant was judged by actor Sanchita Luitel, actor Krishna Devkota, model Minu Tamang, Jina Tamrakar,  and Anil Bir Singh Tuladhar.

According to the press statement issued by Siddhi Media the aim of this pageant was to create opportunities for people of all sizes.  Managing director of Siddhi Media, Amit Shah stated that the organization and pageant works to hone the skills of people of any size. “Through this pageant, we want to prove that people of all sizes can work in all sectors. The pageant helps to encourage people to participate various social other fields.”
