KATHMANDU, July 27: Nepal recorded 564 new cases of COVID-19 along with 202 recoveries and one death from the virus on Wednesday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).

As many as 4,454 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, 418 PCR and 146 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the virus.
There are currently 3,929 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. So far, 11,960 people have died of the viral disease across the country.
