KATHMANDU, Nov 15: Nepal recorded 416 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday along with 270 recoveries and one death on Monday, according to the latest information provided by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 12,402 samples were tested for COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 367 PCR and 49 antigen tests were tested positive for the deadly virus.

There are currently 7,602 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 6,779 are in home isolation, 532 in institutional isolation, 225 in ICU’s and 66 on ventilators. Similarly, 98 are currently in quarantine facilities. So far, 11,478 people have died from the virus across the country.
Meanwhile the Kathmandu Valley recorded 187 cases of the virus on Monday. Of them, 126 were recorded in Kathmandu, 18 in Bhaktapur and 43 in Lalitpur districts.
