KATHMANDU, Nov 30: Nepal recorded 255 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday along with 256 recoveries and two deaths, according to the latest information provided by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 6,469 samples were tested for COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 245 PCR and 10 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the deadly virus.

There are currently 7,080 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 6,589 are in home isolation, 342 in institutional isolation, 116 in ICU’s and 33 on ventilators. Similarly, 98 are currently in quarantine facilities. So far, 11,526 people have died from the virus across the country.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley recorded 104 cases of the virus on Tuesday. Of them, 64 were recorded in Kathmandu, 11 in Bhaktapur, and 29 in Lalitpur districts.
