KATHMANDU, April 20: Nepal recorded 13 new cases of COVID-19 along with 25 recoveries and zero death from the deadly virus on Wednesday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 3,877 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, nine PCR and four antigen tests turned out to be positive for the virus.
38 new cases of coronavirus traced on Saturday
There are currently 322 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 314 are in self-isolation, four in institutional isolation, and four in ICU. Similarly, 106 people are currently in quarantine facilities. So far, 11,951 people have died from the virus across the country.
Meanwhile, The Kathmandu valley recorded six cases of COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, three cases were recorded in Kathmandu and three in Bhaktapur districts.
