KATHMANDU, July 18: Nepal recorded 1,801 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday along with 1,667 recoveries and 23 deaths.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 6,628 PCR tests and 3,000 antigen tests were conducted on Sunday. Of them, 1,223 PCR tests and 578 antigen tests turned out to be positive for COVID-19.

So far, 9,550 people have succumbed to COVID-19 in Nepal.
There are a total of 22,834 COVID-19 patients in home isolation, 2,651 in institutional isolation, 561 in ICUs and 165 on ventilators.
