Speaking on the occasion, Minister Shrestha said that it was a matter of happiness and pride for all Nepalis to have such a record by a hotel of Nepal. He expressed confidence that the hotel would be another base to introduce Nepal in the days to come.

Minister Shrestha said, "I am confident that such hotels will further contribute to the promotion of Nepal's tourism sector." He said the coronavirus pandemic had affected the tourism sector more than any other sector, adding that the ministry was discussing how to restore it. Minister Shrestha also announced that the agendas to revive the business in the tourism sector will be announced within a few days. He recalled that the hotel was built with great difficulties as it was very challenging to build a hotel in that place. "There is nothing else that can be seen except white snow and black rocks.
