PARIS, Jan 6: Nepali Embassy in Paris in partnership with the Non-resident Nepali Association France chapter organized a program at the world famous Eiffel Tower in France to mark the beginning of Visit Nepal Year 2020.
Addressing the event, Nepali Ambassador to France Dipak Adhikari said that the embassy will hold similar programs in collaboration with the Nepali organizations based in France including NRNA in coming days. He also urged Nepali diaspora in France to actively promote Visit Nepal Year 2020.

During the program, promotional materials including leaflets were distributed among the audience to promote Nepal. Nepali entrepreneur based in France Prashant Upreti opined that Nepali businessmen should join hands to contribute the Visit Nepal Year 2020 in France. "We should urge our French friends to visit Nepal. It will be a great contribution to our homeland," he said.
Likewise, the traditional Nepali Laakhe Naach was performed during the event. Representatives of Nepali community, various organizations and French nationals also joined the event.
