Nepal Army hands over helicopter to Manmohan Technical University

KATHMANDU, June 3: The Nepal Army has handed over its NA-039 Cheetah Helicopter along with 47 parts to Manmohan Technical University of Province 1 to innovate students studying Bachelors of Aeronautics Engineering following the decision made by the Council of Ministers on May 8.

KATHMANDU, June 3: The Nepal Army has handed over its NA-039 Cheetah Helicopter along with 47 parts to Shree Manmohan Technical University of Province 1 to innovate students studying Bachelors of Aeronautics Engineering following the decision made by the Council of Ministers on May 8.

The handover ceremony was attended by Director Generals and Pilot Ashish Narsingh Rana of Army Air Service and Ministry of Social Security Secretary Shree Dhirga Raj Mainali. 


 The helicopter was given to Nepal by the government of India on December 11, 2201 and had been grounded after finishing its service life.
