KATHMANDU, Feb 17: A bomb disposal squad of Nepal Army defused a grenade found on the roof of a private house at Godavari municipality-5 of Lalitpur district on Monday morning.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Krishna Raj Ojha at the Metropolitan Police Circle, Chapagaun, said that the grenade was deactivated immediately after the local residents informed the police about the suspected object. The police have not got any clue so far about the person who planted the grenade.
"We have launched a probe into the incident," DSP Ojha said.
