KATHMANDU, March 10: Nepal Airlines, the national flag carrier, has decided to suspend its flights to Qatar owing to coronvirus outbreak in the gulf nation.
The decision of the Nepal Airlines Corporation comes a day after Qatar temporarily suspended entry for passengers traveling from 14 countries including Nepal as a precautionary measure to contain the spread of COVID-19.
President Paudel leaves for Kathmandu from Doha
In a statement, the NAC said that it will refund ticket fees to those who have previously booked the tickets.
The national flag carrier was operating flights to Doha all seven days in a week.
