Nembang named CPN deputy PP leader

KATHMANDU, May 31: Former Speaker Subash Chandra Nembang has been picked as deputy parliamentary party leader of Communist Party of Nepal (CPN).

KATHMANDU, May 31: Former Speaker Subash Chandra Nembang has been picked as deputy parliamentary party leader of Communist Party of Nepal (CPN).


Party's meeting held on Wednesday under the chairpersonship of party chair and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and party chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' at the International Conference Centre in Baneshwor also named Dev Prasad Gurung as party chief whip and Shanta Chaudhary as whip.

Likewise, Dinanath Sharma has been chosen as leader of National Assembly parliamentary leader of the CPN. 


The reshuffle in party organisation is in line with the unification of CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Centre) recently.
