NEA to halt power supply for six hours in parts of Lalitpur

KATHMANDU, Jan 19: Power supply will be halted for six hours today in various places of Lalitpur.


According to Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA)'s Lagankhel distribution center, the power supply will be halted today from 10 AM to 4 PM due to the need to pull the composite feeder on the Chapagaun feeder line from Chibahal Gate to Simako Chowk.

Power supply will be cut off in wards number 11, 12, 13, 5 and 6 of Godavari municipality.


Similarly, the NEA said that the power lines will be disrupted in Lele, Tikabhairav, Nallu, Chapagaun, Takhel, Thecho, Jharuwarasi and other places.


The NEA also said that the power supply can resume earlier if the work is completed before the scheduled time.
