NC's central work execution committee meeting on Friday

KATHMANDU, Dec 28: A meeting of the Central Work Execution Committee of the Nepali Congress is taking place on Friday. 

The meeting is taking at 8 am at the official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar tomorrow for the first time after the elections to the House of Representatives and Provincial Assemblies to carry out its review. 

Chief Secretary at NC Central Office, Krishna Prasad Poudel, said that discussions would be held on various issues including selection of proportional parliamentarians of province assemblies, an ordinance regarding National Assembly election and contemporary political scenario of the country. 

Party President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has called the meeting after party leaders urged him to call the central committee meeting for a review of the election after NC's poor showing in the election. The central work execution committee of the NC is a 29-member body. RSS
