NCP Chair Dahal donates blood in event held in memory of his son

KATHMANDU May 26: Communist Party Chairperson Puspa Kamal Dahal has donated blood in an event held in memory of his son, Prakash Dahal. 


The Everest Summiteers Association, Kathmandu organized a blood donation program On Saturday on the occasion of upcoming International Sagarmatha (Mount Everest) Day.

Dahal, former Prime Minister and father of Everest summiteer, the late Prakash Dahal, inaugurated the event held in commemoration of his son and other the late summiteers. 


Leader Dahal was the first donor in the event in which over 100 people donated blood, according to the Association. 


Prakash had successfully scaled the highest peak of the world on 26th May 2012. He died of cardiac arrest in November last year. CPN Chair Dahal donates in an event held in memory of his son.
