Ncell awarded as Nepal’s Fastest Mobile Network

KATHMANDU, Sept 1: Ncell Axiata Limited has received Nepal’s Fastest Mobile Network Award for January-June 2022 from Ookla®, the global leader in mobile and broadband network intelligence.

According to a statement issued by the company, Ncell achieved a Speed Score of 17.16, with median download speeds of 17.31 Mbps and median upload speeds of 9.26 Mbps, securing the best speeds in the market.

“We are delighted that our continuous efforts to connect Nepal with high-speed mobile broadband to link Nepali with the opportunities it brings have been recognised as the ‘Fastest Mobile Network in Nepal’ by the global leader in speed testing.
