NC to decide on electoral alliance today

KATHMANDU, March 29: The Nepali Congress (NC) is set to make a decision on forming an electoral alliance involving the current ruling coalition for the upcoming local level elections. A proposal in this regard will be tabled today as soon as the members finish expressing their views at the party’s central committee meeting.

According to a party official, a proposal is being tabled at today’s meeting to decide on the electoral alliance. The draft of the decision has been prepared by NC General Secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwaprakash Sharma. .
