KATHMANDU, Nov 23: Pushpa Bahadur Shah from Nepal Congress has been elected a member of the House of Representatives from Achham-3.
Shah defeated his nearest contender Yagya Bahadur Bogati of CPN-UML by 6,840 votes. While Shah secured 22,954 votes, Bogati managed only 16,114 votes.
