POKHARA, Jan 16: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, has said that his party had the responsibility of incorporating the feeling of Madhes and Madhesi people.
While interacting with party cadres here today, leader Deuba stressed on the unity among the people of hill, mountains and Tarai.
Terming to constitution amendment bill on the provision of border change of Province No 5, President Deuba claimed that the provision was already agreed between the then party President Sushil Koirala and CPN (UML) chair KP Sharma Oli.
On the occasion, Deuba directed the party cadres to be united for winning three-tier of elections.
He added that if congress looses the election, the whole constitution implementation process and democratic system will affect as well.
Similarly speaking in the same program, former speaker Taranath Ranabhat said that the government should be active to hold the elections.
NC lawmaker Yagya Bahadur Thapa stressed on party's leading role in implementing the constitution. RSS
