KATHMANDU, Oct 25: Nov 14: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba is scheduled to embark on a three-day India visit on November 4.
Deuba will leave for India to take part in a seminar to be organized in Goa by the India Foundation, a New Delhi-based think-tank that focuses on the issues, challenges and opportunities of the Indian polity.
President Deuba will fly to India on the day Indian President Pranab Mukherjee will return home after wrapping up his Nepal visit.

“This is the President’s pre-scheduled program. This should not be viewed in connection with the other issues,” said a source close to Deuba.
Deuba will hold a high-level political meeting in New Delhi after taking part in the seminar in Goa. He will engage in political meetings on November 5 and 6.
Earlier, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal had also attended a program organized by India Foundation during his recent India visit.
India Foundation and Vibekananda International Foundation are considered close to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
