KATHMANDU, Oct 6: A group representing Nepali Congress (NC) is visiting India on Thursday. The team is going to India at the invitation of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
At the invitation of Vijay Chauthaiwale, the chief of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Indian ruling Bharatiya Janata Party, the party's deputy general secretary Dr Prakah Sharan Mahat, leaders Uday Shumsher Rana and Ajay Chaurasiya are going to India. Earlier, in the third week of August, Chauthaiwale had visited Nepal at the invitation of Congress Deputy General Secretary Mahat.
Dahal to meet BJP president Nadda today
Recently, the BJP has been expanding its ties with Nepal's political parties. Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is currently working to improve relations with India.
