GULMI, June 30: Nepali Congress has won the elections in Gulmi Durbar Rural Municipality.
NC candidate Ashok Thapa been elected chief of Gulmi Durbar Rural Municipality. His closest rival of CPN-UMl Krishna Bahadur Bhusal got 4750 votes.
Similarly, NC candidate Mina Bhandari has been elected as the deputy chief in the rural municipality. Her immediate rival of CPN-UML Sushila Pun got 4,718 votes.
